Biography

Karbouski is a self-taught artist from Belarus who currently lives and works in Poland.

He began his artistic journey in 2022, although he had been painting before. The year 2022 was a turning point, and from that period, Karbouski started to form his vision of the world and began self-education in drawing and painting. His training is based on professional literature for preparing specialists.

Currently, Karbouski does not call himself an artist, but positions himself as a person who is learning to draw. Therefore, his paintings do not have titles or signatures on the front. Through this experiment, the artist wants to find out how many works separate a novice artist from a professional. Of course, there are conditions under which this alpha stage will be completed, but it is better to read about it on the artist's website.

In his works, Karbouski does not adhere to a single theme, which stems from the necessity of learning. However, some themes that concern the artist the most have already formed into series and cycles of works. On this site, the author emphasizes abstract works.
