MAIN CYCLES OF WORKS
Cycle "Teapots" - The cycle of sculptures - consists of 20 sculptures - teapots - "officially" began with working on sketches for "Magritte" thematic tea set, which was ventured enough cheerful, but still quite functional. From an iron combined with a tobacco " it is not " pipe (among the given things not presented) it should count off time given to all undertaking. Time that coincides with desire to stir up the frippery from the good old pantry, Mandelshtam’s "Egypt of things". The subsequent objects have finally lost a utilitarian rudiment, and the project is carried out up to the present as a series of independent sculptures. Although their original character and shape, which has given to me inspiration to create them, still lives on in the object itself. This attitude dates back to whatever viewer can discern there according to well known “strategic acmeism”, rather universal trend I am still tends to cherish
Cycle "2000 Year of War" - The cycle of sculptures - consists of 30 sculptures of warrior's heads of all times (from Roman gladiator with a scar and a sleek American marine, a Red Army volunteer and a Wehrmacht soldier to a tattooed Maori warrior and a ruthless barbarian Gaul, a crusader and a Saracen)
Graphic cycle "Posters" - includes about 2000 hand-painted artwork, made on paper 100x70 cm, mixed media (acrylic, gouache, pencils, ballpoint pen and markers). The idea of cycle briefly is a kind of ironic resurrection of good old items of eighties of previous century - picture that bares name of a famous band or artist which could be hung on a wall.
Painting cycle "Pre-Posters" - includes about 50 works, different sizes, canvas, acrylic
