Greetings to you! My name is Olga Batura.
At the moment I live and work in Moscow. My childhood and youth were spent in Eastern Siberia, in the small town of Bratsk.
Creativity has always been in my life. As a child, I drew and did sculpture. In youth, I designed and sewed clothes, created my own style.
My main education is not related to art, I am an economist.
In 2011, I graduated as an interior designer at the School of Politics, Business and Design, implemented my own design project.
In 2014, I started studying painting at the same time as working in a bank. In 2017, I successfully completed the course of academic drawing and painting at the School of Architecture and Design in Moscow. I participated in several group exhibitions and competitions.
Since 2019, I have been studying at Stanislav Brusilov's School of Classical Landscape (#sbrusilov #brusilov_landscape_school).
Now I devote all my time to painting, I go to plein airs and draw nature. I write oil on canvas, on cardboard. Sometimes I do graphics, watercolor.
Painting for me is an opportunity to explore and preserve the beauty of the world created by God. This is an opportunity to know myself and my spiritual nature. At the same time, in my works I talk about eternal values, such as home, family, love.
I want to share the joy of nature in its different states at different times with everyone living on our planet.
