Concept

Photography turned into art! [Sha-art" is an artwork created and directed using photographs as a motif. As the name suggests, it is a coined term for photography and art. [The "SHA ART" is a digital original work of art created by Design Studio CIS: Mr. Zaiteki Matsuo. We are often asked questions when people see our works. Is this a photograph? Or is it art? In such a case, I would say, "It's a copy art. I answer, "Yes, it is. In other words, "photo" or "art"? Art? ⇒ (Photo + Art) = [Sha-art] ... This genre of work is now known as C.G. (computer graphic) or It is categorized under a rough name such as digital art, but I have yet to find a word that is easy to understand and familiar. Biography

Born in Saikai, Nagasaki.
After working in a photography studio and design office, worked as a freelance designer.
Established CIS in 1982.
Focused on SP-related planning and graphic design production.
Art direction mainly for cosmetics, jewelry, and food and beverage manufacturers.
Also involved in CI/VI planning for CVS and cable TV.
Produced a retro-modern charcoal roasted coffee shop in Mitaka, Tokyo with a theme of Ko-Imari.
Later, he produced a restaurant in Shokusai Kobo, focusing on the local cuisine of Hizen-Nagasaki.
Began producing digital art using photographs as a motif.
Registered the trademark "Sha Art" in 2003.
Released Sha-art T-shirts and sold at Isetan, Kyoto
2004 Matsuo Zaitoki [Sha Art Exhibition] held at a gallery in Sendagi, Tokyo.
2005: Selected for Nikkor Photo Contest, Digital Imaging Division
2006 - Sha-art adopted for a corporate calendar and selected for a national calendar exhibition
Selected for TAGBOAT AWARD, 2008
