Åsa is a Swedish digital photo artist at the beginning of her artistic career, born 1965 in Vaxholm Stockholm County.

She works in office with salaries and accounting, through her life she listens and follows her inner guide, which shows in her curiosity and fearless spirit.

Her interest in art gained momentum in the early 2000s, where the meeting with a female photo artist became the starting point for her art.

But it was not until around 2019 that everything fell into place

Common to all works is that from the beginning they consist of images of flames that she photographed from their New Year's bonfire in 2009. The images are then processed, one by one in Photoshop, where they get their very own character. She creates what for the moment comes to her, without inspiration from others, let no rules in color and form stand in the way, her inner guide shows the way and develops her creation.

She makes her own art prints one by one at a time, in her printing house, using a high-quality sublimation print on ChromaLuxe high-quality aluminum and wood wall decoration, each work is unique, air pressure, temperature & print time affect the result.

She makes her art prints on specially made aluminum sheet (recycled) or MDF wood boards (from FSC Certified forest), made with a unique polyester laminate, which protects here artwork from e.g. bleached and or scratched.

Her work is produced in numbered editions, usually only in one single unique copy.
