My name is Zilya Akhmetova, I am 30 years old, an artist from Russia. I am Tatar by nationality. After completing my studies at the Kazan Federal University in 2013, I exhibited my professional work at the exhibition dedicated to the friendship of Iran with Russia. Also in the Museum of the Universiade 2013, Kazan exhibited works at the Luxembourg ART prize in 2020. Initially, I was drawn to oil on canvas, however I found myself most inspired by experimenting with mixed media - this is currently my main medium. I especially like to work in the Ebru style. Many of my works are kept by private collectors in America, England and Asia. There are also works donated to the museums of Kazan (Tatarstan).
