Concept

Throughout her career Lyashko Ekaterina steadily touches in her work the theme of the relationship between men and women, breathing in the created images, feelings, characters, fleeting moods. Catherine's painting technique involves stylization and exaggeration. But, rejecting the multiple realistic prescriptions of nature, she does not miss the main thing, the artistic representation of love. Ekaterina transforms the feelings of her characters into a compositionally constructed line of touches, gestures, facial expressions, and looks. The palette of her subjects is diverse. She draws her themes from her personal experience and environment. A rich plein-air experience helps her to saturate the imagery of the plots. Mountain, sea, and urban motifs become the soil for the birth of love intrigues, intricacies, manifestations of lyricism and sensuality in them. I think every viewer who has seen this collection of paintings will find their own love story...

Biography

Lyashko Ekaterina, was born in 1984. In 2005 she graduated from the Stavropol Art College, the painting and Pedagogical Department. In 2008, she graduated from the Stavropol State Pedagogical Institute, receiving a diploma of graphic designer. Also, this year, she graduated from the Kuban State University.
Since 2007, participant of regional, city and personal exhibitions.
Since 2007 - participant of plein-air trips. Ekaterina Lyashko is an artist, a painter. The main themes of creativity are story compositions and landscapes of the Caucasus, Siberia, Crimea, Montenegro, China.
Since 2011 - member of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia.
Gold Medal from the International Foundation "Cultural Heritage" and honorary Diploma of the Foundation "For mastery and creation of an original style in the visual arts" - 2014
Bronze medal from the TSHR for contribution to the National Fine Arts.
Silver medal from the TSHR for contribution to the National Fine Arts.
