Getting free from the power of convenience, changing the painting
technique and material, and studying a variety of subjects, "pictures" and events of our time, is a moving element in my creative work and my development as an artist.
I have an affinity for the expressionistic approach, and very often, a focus of my
attention in my paintings is the man himself, with his own experience and
relationship with the surrounding reality. The absurdity, fallacy, mass culture, the
dizzying worldwide information that overflows us every day, the change of values, the idea of freedom and our positioning in the surrounding fragmented reality, are questions that provoke me in my quest in creating art. The plasticity of forms, the colour and psychological state of the object - a participant in an event, are also a focus of my attention. These aspects of life evoke in me a strong emotional reaction because they represent the main problems I face in my life, and my way of expressing the position and feelings regarding them is ART, which, on the other hand, I hope to provoke reaction and reflection in the viewer, visualizing in him my world view.
