I was born and raised in Russia, oh the Volgograd. In this city I graduated Art school. There I gained knowledge in painting, sculpture, academic drawing. When I was 12 I had to moved to another city, which is called Krasnodar. So I based in Krasnodar at the moment) unfortunately, in my new city of living I couldn’t find a good place for studying art. Nevertheless, I didn’t stop and paint everywhere: at school, at home, on the street, but I always painted in my school notebook, and I never even thought about painting on canvas before.
Everything has changed, when I met my friends. We started to have unrestrained fun all the time, making films, photographing everything around us. thanks to this, I looked at the world in a different way. I had a dream to become a film director. And once, I found the debut film of Xavier Dolan, which called “ I killed my mum”. This film seemed to me sensual, unusual and very honest, and then I watched all his films. And almost immediately I had a crush on him. It was this passion that made me to start painting on canvas for the first time. The first painting was a portrait of my unattainable love who was Xavier Dolan, of course.
After that there were moments in my life when I didn’t draw so passionately, but the beginning was made. Now I cannot imagine my life without portraits of people fascinating me.
So I am currently 20 years old finishing the University at the Faculty of Architecture and Design in Krasnodar, draw and sculpt sculptures as never before. This passion has become a part of me, a way of showing empathy and exploring my own feelings and desires.
in 2021 I took part in the NO NAME ART exhibition dedicated to the work of young unknown artists of Krasnodar.
