Creativity is her life and life-safer. She has a huge fascination for life and the experiences it offers. It is her never-ending magical source of inspiration. Life has presented Jacky some very strong emotions to deal with, which she expresses through her art. Her work is self-therapeutic and expressionistic at its core. It is a piece of who she is and about the process of discovery, recovery, expressing her personal feelings with the media and the colors that inspires her.

She has a passion for color, texture, and movement that are conveyed in her abstract and figurative creations. The image is not the focus, but rather a part of the process. Her goal is to have the elements of color and texture unleash a sense of calming emotion for the viewer, evoking a visceral and possibly cognitive experience of that which is asking to be seen, heard, felt, understood.
