My life and career have been dedicated to image making. I have been a full time professional photographer and film maker for thirty four years. My journey started back in the late 1980's working as a studio photographer this was where I developed my love for the traditional analogue process. Through out my career I have loved image making in all its forms from film and print through to digital and animation. I now mostly shoot electronic stills and movies for my commercial work but still practice the analogue methods. For my analogue process I work with all camera sizes from homemade pinhole cameras through to my large format 10x8" Sinar P sheet film camera. As part of the digital work flow I have become proficient in multiple software applications and as a consequence 3D digital imagery has become my new passion. I use many different processes to design and execute my final work. The pieces start off as just thoughts which I visualise and build into tangible artworks moving through 3D programs and finishing in photoshop.
