He began to draw from early childhood.
At the age of 14, he entered an art studio, from where, after half a year, he was expelled for unwillingness to follow the rules.
Then there was a musical career. Tours, song recording, concerts. Music practically did not bring money, so I had to work in different jobs.
For all the time, Alexey managed to work as a salesman, furniture assembler, sound engineer, lighting designer, event organizer, bank clerk, journalist and even a gardener. But every time I felt out of place.
On this basis, a manic-depressive psychosis developed.
The story could have ended there, but the desire to create was stronger.
And in 2020, when a pandemic hit the world, Alexei again took paint in his hands.
Having chosen the style of calligraphy and abstract art for himself, practicing five hours a day, working almost seven days a week, Alexey got his own art workshop. Sold dozens of paintings. Top musicians in Russia have his works.
Combining abstract art and modern calligraphy, Alexey has developed his own style.
Since the beginning of his career coincided with a pandemic, when the whole world was in decline, Alexey called his style Neo-Decadence.
Inspired by the contemplation of the real world and personal experience, the artist shows that beauty surrounds each of us. It is enough just to learn to look.
