RAJAN SHRIPAD FULARI did his B.F.A. from Goa Art College and M.F.A. from M.S.University, Gujarat. He also studied Film Appreciation from FTII, Pune. His works have been exhibited in National and International Exhibitions held in Portugal, Italy, France, Germany, Scotland, London, Canada, Abu Dhabi, etc., and with many important galleries/museums in India and abroad.
He has to his credit more than 15 prestigious awards in various categories including t Yuva Surjana Puraskar by Govt. of Goa, a National Scholarship & Junior Fellowship from Govt. of India, National Award from Rajasthan, Lalit Kala Akademi, AIFACS Award, New Delhi. He has organized many solo shows of his artworks including those in Goa, Mumbai, New Delhi & at the Robson Gallery, Halliwells House Museum, Scotland, and Gallery TOBIAS KOCKEN, Duisburg, Germany.
He has participated in many major National / International group shows including International Art Expo-Italy, Contemporary Indian Art-Germany, World Social Form-Mumbai, Bharat Bhawan Print Biennale, Idea, and Images NGMA-Mumbai, Multiple-Encounters (Indo-American Print Show) New Delhi, Emerging India-Royal College of Art-London, Sarcelles Print Biennale and soon.
He was awarded artist in residency from Foundacao Oriente (Goa) for Portugal, British Council / Scottish Border Council for Scotland, and recently McMaster University, Canada. Fulari has also curated, coordinated, and conducted many exhibitions and other activities in Visual Arts. He also curated few group shows, workshops, and camps of well know and young artists from India and abroad. Also, as an active printmaker, he is been coordinating a number of Print-Portfolios with various groups and galleries across, for the promotion of printmaking in India and Abroad.
