I am a Colombian artist with a background in contemporary art from Universidad Javeriana and formal training in painting from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. My work combines the abstract and the representational, inspired by the essence of South America and the principles of Constructive Universalism. Animals are a constant presence in my art, reminding us of our connection to nature. My artistic process is characterized by a deliberately slow creation, layer by layer, creating worlds where colors, textures, and fantastical creatures coexist harmoniously, resisting the relentless pace of the contemporary world.
