Biography

Patricia Tudosa is a mostly self-taught artist whose art is infused with contemplative themes spanning a wide range of lifelong passions, from the political to the spiritual. Patricia approaches painting as a conversation between space, color, theme and texture, each with the potential to take on the character and meaning of the other. Some of her paintings are finished within an afternoon, others take years.

In addition to art, Patricia has done political organizing, teaching, table waiting, human rights law, obtained millions for NYC schools, and quite a few other things. Born and raised in Romania, Patricia moved to the US as a teenager. Her work has been exhibited in NYC, Madrid, Monaco.
