Born in Tsuyama,Okyama in 1971.Began working at Toushinkai in 2007.Kaguratani has always had an interest in the shape of antenna. He is especially interested in oil painting, watercolor painting, design, sculpture, of things around him. He works and produces several pieces at the same time many working on works in the Atelier there. He is currently working on many pieces in the Atelier at Toushinkai.
