My name is Jung-Yong Kim who is working on pen drawings using a ballpoint pen. It was when I was in high school that I first started using ballpoint pens. At that time, the style wasn't established yet, but when I was in college for the first time, I finished my work for the first time, and I still use a ballpoint pen to produce it. The reason I draw a pen is because of the presence of the ink. Ink is a tool with a strong presence and depth than any other paint. Also, I'm stacking lines to create color and texture. The purpose is to show the new colors and textures that were previously unseen through the process of becoming lines and colors by stacking lines. I am working on a pen drawing to create my own sensitivity and deeper color.
