I fell in love with the beauty of Japanese painting when I was younger which made me become an artist specialized in Japanese painting. I create unique texture using different kinds of materials such as diatomaceous earth and sand as a background and mineral pigment and foil on top.
I create my work under the concept of "uncertain 'something' in everyday life and making that 'something' visualized". At the same time, I am inspired by Franz Kafka's allegory "Der Bau," which leads to my series "parallel scenery", which expresses the scenery of the world that exists parallel to the everyday life.
