Naoki is influenced by the news of death that he sees on the internet such as accidents, suicide, murder, etc. He feels that the human body that suffered fatal damage was full of fear and mystery.
In western art history, there were the time when people were competing on how to describe the human body (or female body) more attractive. Canvases and oil paintings that have been used now was specifically made to express the fine skin of a woman.
Because many European painters and sculptors in the past sought the ideal human body, the body created by them was extremely distorted. He creates dead bodies in the opposite of the expression that usually been used by others in art history. Naoki also strongly feels the originality in his painting style which is created in the unexpected compositions inspired by traffic accidents that can change people's life instantly.
