Things to check when displaying art

Size of the place to be displayed

Generally speaking, it is best to display on furniture that is close to the wall, such as sofas, bedding, and shelves.
Once the place to hang the painting is determined, the space for displaying the painting will inevitably be determined as well.

It is a good idea to know the dimensions and choose a work of art in a size that allows a little room.
Paintings have a large presence in a room, so be sure to check the taste that will suit your taste and the atmosphere of the room from various angles.

Colors that match the interior

It is also important to know what colors are used in the artwork you are purchasing.
For example, if you have a cold-toned sofa and chairs, you might choose a deep green landscape painting that goes well with the cold colors.
Or, because you are using natural, warm furniture, wallpaper, and rugs, you might choose lovely colors such as orange for the paintings.
Do you use colors on the opposite side of the color map called the hue circle compared to the colors of the items in your room as accents, or do you use colors in close proximity to each other to blend them together?

With or without picture rail

How to decorate art

Points to keep in mind when decorating beautifully

The most common way to decorate is with pin hooks.
Three-pin hooks are designed to be fastened to the wall and hooks with three pins and have a relatively heavy load capacity. The safe load capacity of the products introduced here is approximately 5 kg for one. Works on paper and canvases/panels of size 4,50 or smaller can usually be displayed with these hooks.

For renters, we also recommend a product called "Wall Beauty. This product uses a staple needle to secure the hook. It will be very easy to use because even with a staple needle, a single hook has a load capacity of 6 kg, and scratches on the wallpaper can be kept to a level that cannot be seen unless you look closely.

If you attach a string to the back of a work and display it with hooks, the work will "bow". This is often not a problem for small works, but for large works, it may affect the appearance of the work. To prevent this, a rubber band can be attached to the bottom of the back of the work to keep it oriented parallel to the wall. A product called "universal packing" is also useful for fine-tuning the gap. Please note that this product needs to be glued with tape or other adhesive.

Since the purpose of this product is to provide height, a piece of wood or other object with a certain degree of rigidity can be substituted for the above products.

With/without a frame

Only works stretched on wooden frames or panels can be displayed without framing.
Here, the above hooks, nails, screws, or other hooking protrusions can be attached to the wall and the wooden frame behind the work can be mounted.
For works that are not - works on paper, photographic works printed on paper, etc., must be framed. Even works that are stretched on a wooden frame can be ordered with a frame, so framing can be added to basically any type of work.
