The Mori Art Museum, located in the heart of Roppongi, a "cultural city," is a museum that focuses on a wide range of contemporary art, from major international artists to experimental exhibits by young artists. The museum's director, Mami Kataoka, is one of Japan's leading curators, having served as president of the Council of International Museums of Art (CIMAM), which brings together the world's museums, until 2022.

They are very accessible, located just a 2 - 3 minute walk from the station. There is no charge to view the galleries, so be sure to take a look when you visit Roppongi!

Tomio Koyama Gallery
After hosting numerous exhibitions of Japanese artists of the same generation, including Yoshitomo Nara and Takashi Murakami, the gallery now exhibits artists of a different generation, including Shio Suga, Mika Ninagawa, Hiroshi Sugito, Shintaro Miyake, Atsushi Fukui, and Hideaki Kawashima.
The gallery has also introduced expatriate artists Richard Tuttle, Stefan Balkenhol, Tom Sachs, and Ryan McGinley to Japan.

21_21 Design Sight is located in this park, which is also close to Midtown and the New National Art Museum.
