Concetto

Il foglio di rame 1/10 viene riscaldato con una torcia prima di lavorare, questo lo rende più malleabile e accentua le mie patine durante le finiture che vengono fatte con lana d'acciaio e vernice in strati successivamente sovrapposti.

Mi ci vuole circa un mese per fare un'opera, tra l'asciugatura dello sfondo e quella delle mie forme che vengo ad incastrare in 3D; così lavoro su almeno tre creazioni allo stesso tempo... e rallento un po' perché ho tanta immaginazione.

Riquet , artista pittore su rame dal 1987 , autodidatta ; il buio non sa.
Un artista delirante e iconoclasta che ti porta in un viaggio attraverso la sua arte surrealista, creativa e ricreativa.
Da quando era molto giovane, sognava di creare un nuovo modo di dipingere lontano da tutte le catene e...

Un artista delirante e iconoclasta che ti porta in un viaggio attraverso la sua arte surrealista, creativa e ricreativa.
Da quando era molto giovane, sognava di creare un nuovo modo di dipingere lontano da tutte le catene e le teorie. Voleva essere libero, voleva essere solo e prendersi il suo tempo, e soprattutto dimenticare il resto del mondo. Così cominciò a immaginarsi di dipingere ciò che era, semplicemente, prendendosi il suo tempo; dipingendo ciò che gli veniva in mente, ciò che lo toccava e lo commuoveva, e nient'altro. Odiava questo tipo di nebbia, questa luce grigia, voleva trovare una nuova luce per dipingere ciò che nessuno aveva mai dipinto prima. Anche nelle ore più buie, voleva e aveva bisogno di dipingere la luminosità del sole nella luminosità del sole.
Questo sole ricostituito dai riflessi di una protuberanza metallica, scultura di una forma sempre viva, finisters di pompe in
deposito di animali o una strizzatina d'occhio di oggi.
Francese, conosciuto e riconosciuto dai suoi pari, creando un universo originale, unico e insolito dove tutte le sue opere gravitano nel 2023 in un mondo tutto suo.
Le sue creazioni sono titolate, firmate e citate; ed è così che con tutti questi anni acquisisce le sue lettere di nobiltà.
Ex compagno del Tour de France nella pittura-decorazione, avendo avuto sei gallerie al suo attivo, l'ultima delle quali ha chiuso a Liegi.
