Let's take a moment to think about the effects that color has on us.
For example, it is said that red stimulates the secretion of adrenaline and yellow affects the lymphatic system. Whether true or not, the effects of color on physiological and psychological functions are actively applied in advertising, for example. Colors are used in different ways according to the purpose of the advertisement, in other words, according to the different aims of the advertisement.

But what about in the art world?

For example, blue was often used in the works of the Impressionists, and in the Middle Ages it was the color of royalty. Yves Klein was also fascinated by blue and created his own color, International Klein Blue (IKB). Blue is the color of serenity and nobility.

Of course, color is one of the indispensable gadgets in art. Lightness or darkness, luxury or purity, each specific color has its own metaphorical image, and it is an important way for a painter to input the world he envisions.
