    本格的なロシア・ウクライナ戦争が始まる前は、ウクライナや他の国を旅しながら自然や街の風景を主に描いていました。 しかし2022年2月24日以降、ウクライナの人々、兵士や民間人の喪失、破壊された街、数百万人の不自由な運命の痛みは、私に視野の角度変更を強い、今の私にとっての主要動機は人です、これが最大の価値だから。 世界一周の夢は残っているものの、それは戦争のテーマに従属させられたのです。他国の自然を描くとき、ロシアの侵略者が採掘したウクライナの自然を思い浮かべます。他国の街並みを描くときは、全壊・半壊したウクライナの街を思い浮かべます。他国の人々を描くときは、ウクライナの何万人もの死傷した市民、子供、兵士を涙ながらに思い浮かべます。
