Watercolor on Fabriano paper in alla-prima technique. Aseeva started her artistic career when she was 2 years old and her first medium was watercolor. She studied technique from the most famous contemporary artists and continues her practice with this medium. She says: "I need to change the subject sometimes. And when I see how the flowers are blossoming I can not resist. Watercolor is perfect for quick precise and fresh artworks. I appreciate this freshness and tend to abstraction and minimalism while using this medium, it seems to be done exactly for this. This series of roses was created on open air, near my studio when I have different varieties and colors of them".
