日曜の朝、両親と一緒に食べたヨーグルトと温かいお菓子の朝食、ベオグラードに移住したイギリス人がユーゴスラビアのテレビ局のために制作した、日曜日に放映される子供向け番組のこと、初めて買ったロックのアルバム、初めて読んだ本のこと、そして必然的に戦争に召集されたときのこと。 この作品集を見ることは、蛇口をひねって手を突っ込むことに例えることができる。水がこぼれて排水口に流れていくのを見るだけだからだ。その代わり、爽快感を味わい、その儚さを楽しむのだ。
