to be updatedAlejandro Vilá Gómez is a Graphic and Visual artist born in Bogotá, Colombia. Graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta, GA, United States in 1995 with a BA in Visual Communications.

His artistic exploration has let him to experiment with a wide range of art mediums and techniques, from traditional charcoal, and acrylic painting, to digital art illustration and graphic design.

With over 30 years of experience in a variety of creative positions, such as Art Director for an Advertising and Communications company, and Design Professor at the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Bogotá, D.C., in the Graphic Design and Visual Arts Faculties.

In 1999 he founded the Design Company Geométrika Studios, art agency specialized in visual communication, advertising and digital editing. Today he is part of Trika Prints, an art collective and virtual gallery for emerging artists, photographers and designers.
